Actors get to become someone else practically on demand, so that sometimes it can be difficult for viewers to determine the true identity of the actor in question. And their awesome professionalism never makes it look like they hated playing some of their characters!

1. Jackie Chan in Rush Hour – 1998
The actor was worried about his career. In fact, he confessed that he hated this film, because he thought the stunts were too simplistic and the plot was too “American.” The movie was very successful, which made him feel a little better about being in it.
2. Benoit Poelvoorde in Une histoire d'amour – 2013
According to the actor, the atmosphere on the set couldn’t have been any more unpleasant. This greatly reduced his interest in the film, so he didn’t even want to promote it when it was released.
