Marketing highlights the product, while communication promotes the product.
Very often, and it’s no secret to anyone, the visual on the packaging or in ads is totally the opposite of the actual product. This is true for a large number of brands for all types of products.
As a result of bluff marketing, many customers fall into the trap. Fortunately, some of them immortalize the difference between what’s promised and what is received. It's best just to laugh about it!
