It may have recently taken the dressing up world by storm, but cosplaying's officially been around for 79 years! Getting the look right requires attention to detail, but the great thing is that anyone can dress up as their favorite character or person! Being able to apply make-up and put a costume together does require some skill, but it's having an imaginative mind that really makes the difference.
And talking of imaginative minds, here are 28 hilarious cosplayers who totally nailed their look despite having a low, if not non-existent budget! What about you?
