3 years after the death of her son, this little girl asked her to press on a teddy bear...

Heather is a mother who lost her son in 2013.  
 
Lukas was only 7 months old when he died.
 
Wanting to help other children, Heather made an important decision - to authorize Lukas's organs to be donated to 3 people in need.
 
Jordan is a little girl who received one of these gifts and her life was saved thanks to Lukas. She spent years in the hospital because of a congenital heart defect.
 
In the video, you can see this beautiful meeting between Heather and Jordan. With the help of a stethoscope placed against Jordan's chest, Heather heard Lukas's heartbeat once again.
 
The little girl also gave Lukas's mother a Build-a-Bear teddy bear, which contains a recording of Lukas's heartbeat.
 
According to Donate Life, more than 8,500 deceased organ donors allowed 24,000 transplants to be performed in 2014.
 
But, on average, 21 people die every day because they don't get organs in time.
