Connie-Rose Seabourne is only two years old and suffers from Down's syndrome (or trisomy 21), but she already has two contracts with ad agencies. She owes this success to her wonderful smile. 

This adorable little girl, born premature (2 months early), has always gotten tons of praise for her jovial nature and her smile that shines on those aroiund her. Julie, her mother, has friends who suggested that she contact some agencies, which she ended up doing. Two companies quickly responded positively, charmed by Connie-Rose's beauty.

Connie-Rose feels especially comfortable with the goals. She loves to pose and spread her happiness by promoting lines of children's clothing...
