He tried every diet but nothing worked, until he tried this... And what a change!
Anthony tried everything to lose weight, but no diet really worked.
The young man had never included exercise into his diets, considering himself too much of a slacker and too for that, so he began dieting, lost a few pounds and then gained back twice as much in no time! One day he decided to really take control of it, and he started to get plenty of exercise while watching what he ate.
And what a change – he has become unrecognizable, losing nearly 90 pounds! Today, he says that anyone can do it with a little perseverance, and he is living proof! Hats off to him – this is nice to see!

2 weeks after starting his diet and exercise, he lost 10 lbs

September 2010: he had lost 40 lbs, and he put on his old size 38 pants again
