This homeless man just needed a shower, and these police officers gave him a complete makeover!

This true story took place in upstate New York. Bobby was a homeless man wandering the streets of Rome, New York. One day he met Aaron Page, a police officer on duty. He stopped to talk with Bobby. During their conversation, the homeless man told him that he would like to be able to take a hot shower and get a haircut. The policeman pretended to ignore this comment.

Officer Page cut the conversation short and invited Bobby to come to the police station the next day for a special treatment. But Bobby could never have imagined that this morning would bring him lots of surprises. As the video below shows, Bobby went to the police station the next day, but he would come out a new man.

Officer Page and his colleagues gave the homeless man a hot shower and some clean clothes to change into. Then, the policemen took over giving Bobby a makeover, cutting his hair and shaving his beard.

After this transformation, Bobby didn’t know how to thank the policemen. When he thought that he had lost everything and was just getting through each day, his optimism was renewed in facing his daily life.
