One old man’s technique for scaring off a bull

In New Zealand, an 81-year old man decided to scare off a bull with only a hat and a water bottle as weapons. Giving his son who was filming the scene a few nervous moments, the daring old man doesn’t hesitate to approach the animal to make it back off, first by throwing a bottle of water at it. The animal, who doesn’t seem ready to leave the old man’s truck alone, backs off for a few seconds before returning to its target. The man then grabbed his hat and threw it at the bull to scare it away, despite his son’s protests encouraging him to get out of the pen.
