Karen Edwards, 31, and her fiancé Shaun Bayes, live in London. They went on a tour of the world with their baby, Esmé.
This trip started in November 2014 and ended in September 2015. The couple went to Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
To pay for this little 10-month trip of the world, the couple rented out their house in London. In addition, Shaun did 'some landscaping work in New Zealand to earn a bit of extra cash,' Karen explained.
But to be able to take this trip, Shaun had to leave his job as a landscaper.
The trip cost around $15,000.
Karen saved a lot of money by breastfeeding her baby girl during the trip.
The couple booked their flights several months in advance. And as for Esme, they used miles and a discount pass for her, saving them about $3000.
Karen had the idea to share their adventure on her Instagram account 'Travel Mad Mum'.
In addition, Karen wrote on her private blog: 'this trip has allowed me to prove to all parents in the world that their desire to travel should not remain unsatisfied because they have children.'
