But that's easier said than done. In fact, we live in such a fast-paced world that it is very difficult to keep up. So, we stress so much during the day that it affects our sleep cycles, and many of us suffer from insomnia.
Furthermore, it is not easy to make our bodies understand the need to unwind, because they are constantly being stimulated.

1. With your legs crossed and back straight, breathe regularly in order to clear your mind

3. Get in the fetal position to get closer to a prenatal state
