These 15 kids have finally just been adopted. Photos that will melt your heart!

All children placed in social services aren’t lucky enough to find a family for many reasons. So, an American organization called “Together We Rise” decided to set up a program to help foster children find adoptive families.

The executive director of TWR, Gianna Dahlia, said this about it: "With all the negative information that we hear about foster families, we wanted to prove that amazing adoptions also occur every day and that there are many negative stereotypes about children who have to be placed in foster care. But these are just kids who want loving families, and there are families out there for them. We just want to inspire others families to take the steps to adopt."

In addition, to promote the work done by this organization, children's photos were posted on its Facebook page. These photos have signs that tell the time each child spent in in foster care before being adopted.
