This artist tattoos skulls on children under 10 years old, but wait until you see why!

Benjamin Lloyd, 25, is a famous tattoo artist in New Zealand. This artist became well-known because he started tattooing young children... less than ten years old!

Many internet users were shocked, but the artist explains it this way:

"The reason I've given these kids tattoos is because unfortunately, they were in the hospital." Then he added, "Besides, these tattoos aren’t done with needles. Instead, I use a kind of spray to produce patterns that the children choose themselves. Every time, I see them get more confidence in themselves, especially the boys, because they strut around so proudly."?
