Angelo Merendino is a photographer from New York.

The first time he met Jennifer, he knew that she was the love of his life. Jennifer and Angelo fell in love and were married in New York, in Central Park. It was a beautiful ceremony, surrounded by their family and friends. 4 months later, Jennifer was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer. On his blog, Angelo wrote, 'I perfectly remember the moment when we heard the news. Jennifer's voice, and this numb feeling came over me. This feeling has never left me. I'll never forget how we were looking at each other in silence, holding hands. We're together. It'll all be okay.' Then, Angelo decided to photograph Jen throughout her battle with cancer. He wanted to show what cancer looks like, through his wife's face. The photos speak for themselves.
