Many young people go into debt when it comes to academic studies, between paying rent and tuition, paying back loans, and everything else, it's difficult to make ends meet.
This young student found the solution by creating a small miniature house for around $20,000.
As a student in design he was able to put theory into practice, to find a way to make a cute and comfortable living space. He got this idea while on a trip to South America, seeing the locals happy to live in houses that are simple but still have the necessary comforts.
